This course will cover basic HVAC trouble shooting and cover ways to make a low cost repair versus replacing with a new unit.  This class will also cover the basic of pressures and temperatures as it applies to Freon.

About the Instructor – Nichole Curl

Nichole Curl is a Construction Manager. She has been responsible for managing daily operations and construction deadlines, directing subcontractors, and coordinating renovation projects in addition to providing financial oversight for renovation budgets for projects in Texas. Nichole has 19 years of property management, financial management, maintenance, and construction experience. Her experience includes capital improvements, value add projects, asset preservation, due diligence, disposition, large scale maintenance, operational functions and insurance claims for portfolios across Texas, Missouri, Arizona, Arkansas and in her home town of Washington, DC.
