AHMA East Texas Occupancy Training

The AHMA East Texas Occupancy Training Series is a comprehensive 5-part course providing intensive, "hands-on" training in occupancy regulations and practices to both new and experienced housing personnel - a total of 30 hours of training featuring case studies and class interaction. Students acquire practical skills that they may immediately take back to their workplace. All five courses are offered each year by AHMA East Texas. HUD Handbook 4350.3 is used as the text for these courses.

Please note: For 2008 we have renumbered and re-arranged the Occupancy Courses. Your records at AHMA will be adjusted to reflect the new course numbers.

Certificates:
Upon successful completion of each of the five courses, students will receive a Certificate of Completion for that program. Once all five sessions are completed, students receive a Comprehensive Occupancy Training Certificate of Completion. Courses are all offered each year and students may take the courses in any order.
