Determining Income and Calculating Rent

This vital chapter deals with annual income, adjusted income, verifications and calculations. Do not depend on the computer to always be correct. Collection of information and calculation is vital. Learn a new way to KISS (Keep It Simple, Simple) when calculating. This is especially important when taking the CPO Exam, where computers are not allowed.

This course emphasizes manual calculation of form 50059. Please be sure to bring a pocket calculator.
