In this interactive class, we will be looking at the Tenant Selection Plan, Wait List, Lease Requirements and Leasing Activities. Before you have a management review, it is imperative that you review your TSP and your wait list. You might want to bring a copy of your own wait list to see if it contains everything that will be required for your review. In this class, you will put together a TSP and a wait list based on the material in the 4350.3. Please bring the 4350.3 to class (at least chapters 4 and 6).
