Communicating in Difficult Situations

How we communicate with others in difficult and emotionally charged situations can make the difference between resolving a conflict and escalating a war. Good communication helps us prevent misunderstandings, build relationships, and increase our chances of being heard. Today we will be introduced to some important tools for good communication that will help us express our feelings in constructive ways. We will also explore some listening techniques to help us improve what other have said to us.
