Captain Lynette Hill will be in charge of training recruits in how to pass the REAC inspection. this lively bootcamp will take us through the basics of what is needed now and what the inspectors will be trying to find wrong on your properties. This is a MUST for maintenance personnel and will count as a class for certification and certification renewal.

Lynette Hill is a property supervisor in charge of REAC Inspections for the J. Allen Management company. Known as the “super woman”, she has 25 properties that have consistently passed the REAC inspections, scores 85 and above.
